The standard order preparation time is 1–2 business days.

Shipment tracking:
Once the order has been packed and handed over to the carrier, the customer will automatically receive an email containing a Track & Trace link, allowing the shipment status to be monitored at any time.

Orders are shipped worldwide from international fulfillment centers (3PL) or directly from manufacturers, depending on the operational model of the store.

  • North America: 5–12 business days

  • Asia-Pacific: 5–15 business days

  • Rest of the world: 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs processing, public holidays, peak sales periods (such as Black Friday), or unforeseen logistical disruptions.


4. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout. The final shipping fee depends on the delivery address, as well as the weight and dimensions of the ordered products.

Free shipping:
Free shipping may be offered during promotional campaigns or for orders exceeding a specified minimum order value. Any applicable free shipping offer is clearly displayed in the order summary before payment is completed.
