1. OPERATIONAL PARTIES AND INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS

2. GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Condition of the product:
All returned items must be unused, unopened, and remain in their original plastic packaging (or other original manufacturer packaging).

Return shipping costs:
Return shipping costs are not reimbursed by the Operator. All direct costs related to returning the goods are borne by the Customer.

Shipment protection:
The Customer is required to properly package the return shipment to prevent damage during transportation.

Shipping method:
Returns must always be sent using a registered and insured shipping method with a valid Track & Trace number. The Operator is not responsible for loss or damage to return shipments during transit.

Authorization:
Returns sent without prior approval and without an approved return form enclosed will not be processed.

3. RETURN PROCEDURE (3 STEPS)

Step 1 – Return request and form

To initiate a return, a return form must be requested via the contact form available on our website. The request must include the following information:

  • Order number

  • Email address used to place the order

  • Reason for return

Step 2 – Shipment of the goods

After receiving the return form, the items must be sent together with the completed form to the warehouse address clearly stated on the form.

Important notes:

  • The shipment must include an active Track & Trace number.

  • The Customer, as the sender, bears full responsibility for the shipment until it has been delivered to the warehouse.

  • This procedure is intended to prevent misunderstandings and the loss of shipments.

Step 3 – Inspection and refund

After the warehouse has received the return shipment and the condition of the goods has been successfully verified, the refund of the purchase amount will be initiated within five (5) business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase or to the associated bank account.

4. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Return and Withdrawal Policy and any disputes arising from it are governed by applicable international laws and regulations. Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the jurisdiction of the Operator, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in the customer’s country of residence provide otherwise.
